We partner with many providers and agencies, who work together to coordinate care for you, your family member or loved one. We will work with your existing doctors and providers to supplement your existing services with new services you may still need.
Network Providers
Network providers are organizations like hospitals and care agencies, which refer eligible patients to us and help coordinate existing services with new services.
Community Services Agencies
We also utilize existing community service agencies as resources for the recipients we work with.
